Account Executive

Large, established, national landscape maintenance firm seeks experienced sales “hunter” to develop new business in the Orlando, Tampa and Sarasota market. Candidates must be willing to prospect, set appointments, and close business. Must be able to generate own leads. First year earning potential $40-50K, car allowance, benefits. Top earners make six figure incomes. Position is full of bonuses, commissions, and other incentives. Industry experience a plus. Only “hunters” need apply.


Crew Leader

Crew Leader positions available at our Fort Knox, Kentucky branch. Crew Leaders perform a wide variety of landscape maintenance functions related to but not limited to leading crews for mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning. A minimum of 2+ years experience in the landscape industry is required with a minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role or similar job position. Must have full knowledge of all equipment used on a regular basis in the field. All applicants must hold a valid Driver’s License and have the ability to work 45+ hours each week.


Crew Members

Crew Member positions available at our Fort Knox, Kentucky branch. Daily responsibilities include mowing, trimming, pruning, and bed care. Previous experience not required but is a plus. Must be willing to learn all aspects of landscape maintenance. This position will report directly to the Crew Leader. All applicants must have ability to work overtime, 45+ hours each week.


Irrigation Technician

Irrigation technician position available at our Florida branches. Successful candidate must have strong irrigation maintenance experience with knowledge of two-wire systems. Central control experience is a plus. This is a full time year round position.


CDL Drivers

Seasonal CDL Drivers needed for snow removal at our Fort Drum, New York branch, late October through March.  Hours will be on set shifts, 40-50 hours per week.  Drivers must be able to operate a dump truck with a front plow and a side wing plow.  Primary responsibilities will be plowing snow and salting roads.


CREW MEMBERS

Crew Member positions needed for snow removal at our Fort Drum, New York branch.  Crew Members must be able to work long hours and at night.  Crew Members are on call and hours will vary, 30-60 hours per week, late October through March.  Primary responsibilities will be using a Bobcat to snow blow sidewalks and to shovel snow around fire hydrants and bus stops.


Spray Technician

Spray Technician position available on military base at Schoffield Barracks in Oahu, HI.  We provide a wide variety of landscape maintenance functions related to but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and irrigation. Basic maintenance skills are required.  Spray Technician must have Class 3 pesticide license.   All applicants must hold a valid Driver’s License, pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen, and have the ability to work 40+ hours each week.
